Lahore: The Future Development Holding Group (FDHG) on Wednesday executed the ground-breaking ceremony for the Lahore Smart City (LSC) – which is considered one of the most anticipated residential projects in the city, as per the developer’s official Facebook page.
The ceremony held on March 24 was attended by a number of investors, realtors and buyers attended the attend and the response was noted to be massive.
FDHG Chief Operating Officer (COO) Muhammad Aslam Malik welcomed the attendees to the event and went over the major features and facilities the new community has to offer. He expanded on the more prevalent features such as the infrastructure, division of the city into sectors of healthcare, sports and education for the ease of access.
Recently approved by the LDA, the project has already attracted attention from the stakeholders as well as the government. The project aims to deliver a luxurious standard of living as well as the utmost accessibility through the use of modern technology. The community is divided into two residential blocks, executive and overseas, offering an inventory of 5 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal plots.
